Our approach
Security requirements agreed for each project.
- Business-to-business only
- We develop software for enterprises. There are no public accounts or logins on our website.
- Scoped access
- Application access, permitted use and security responsibilities are defined in the project and licence agreements.
- Data handling agreed in writing
- Project data handling, including processing, storage and deletion responsibilities, must be agreed in writing.
- Protected website inquiries
- The contact form validates entries and limits repeat submissions. Visitors cannot read stored inquiries.
Certifications
Security questionnaires
We do not currently hold formal security certifications. If your procurement process needs a security questionnaire or due-diligence information, we will answer it as part of technical scoping.

Email security@switchlabs.tech with a description and the steps to reproduce it. Please give us reasonable time to investigate before sharing it publicly, and don’t access, change or delete data that isn’t yours.
