Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 October 2026
These are the terms for using switchlabs.tech. They explain what you can expect from the website and how its information may be used. They are not a software development contract or an application licence.
1. Who operates this website
Switch Labs Technologies Ltd operates this website. We are a company registered in England and Wales under Company No. 17526962. Our registered office is 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. Our business classification is SIC 62012 — Business and domestic software development. The company is governed by Model Articles under the Companies Act 2006.
We provide B2B software engineering, enterprise software licensing and technical integrations. For questions about these terms, contact us or write to our registered office marked “Website terms”.
2. Scope of these terms
These terms apply to browsing the website, viewing its illustrative materials and sending enquiries. Development services and application use are governed by separate written agreements. These website terms do not replace an existing customer agreement or change your rights under data-protection law.
Website descriptions help you evaluate our offering. They do not by themselves create a contract, grant a software licence or promise that a particular configuration will meet your requirements.
3. Custom development and application access
Switch Labs develops proprietary enterprise applications tailored to internal workflows, existing systems and specific business requirements. We do not offer a generic product catalog for self-service purchase through this website.
The project scope, deliverables, integration requirements, review and acceptance process, deployment, data responsibilities, fees and any support or maintenance commitments must be agreed in writing. Browsing the website or making an inquiry does not grant access to an application, issue credentials or begin a development engagement.
4. Examples and commercial proposals
Application diagrams and technology references illustrate concepts. They are not evidence of a client deployment, a completed identity check or a service-level guarantee. References to SwitchID or SwitchAuth do not establish that either is included in a proposed custom application.
A website example is not a quotation or an offer you can accept. Project fees, licence terms, third-party costs, taxes and ongoing commitments are agreed separately in writing.
5. Contact-form submissions
The form asks for your full name, email address, inquiry type and message, plus your organisation for business enquiries. A SwitchAuth inquiry may include an optional expected monthly API volume. Privacy requests do not require an organisation or volume estimate. A submission reference and recording time are also stored.
Provide information you are entitled to share and keep it relevant to your request. Do not include identity documents, sensitive personal information, passwords, verification codes or confidential production records. If an integration needs such information, a suitable process must be agreed separately.
Form validation and anti-spam limits may prevent a submission. A confirmation means the inquiry has been recorded; it is not acceptance of a project or a guarantee of a response time. How we handle your information and privacy requests is explained in our Privacy Policy. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or transfer ownership of your materials to us.
6. Development, ownership and licensing
Switch Labs develops customised applications for enterprises as a business-to-business arrangement. We retain ownership of our core frameworks and components and license the final customised application to the enterprise under an agreed commercial contract.
The applicable agreement defines permitted use, licence duration and commercial restrictions. It must distinguish our retained core IP from rights in project-specific work, client materials and third-party software. A software licence does not itself transfer ownership of client data to Switch Labs. These website terms do not determine ownership of work commissioned under a separate project agreement.
We do not provide public website accounts or consumer services. Sending an inquiry starts a discussion about your requirements; it does not form a development contract or grant a right to use an application.
7. Using the website
You may browse the site, review illustrative materials and share links for lawful business evaluation. Do not:
- Attempt to access systems or records without permission, or bypass security and submission limits.
- Interfere with the website, introduce harmful code or cause unreasonable traffic.
- Use the form for spam, deceptive submissions, unlawful content or harassment.
- Present illustrative responses or demonstrations as real verification results or issued credentials.
We may restrict website access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the service. This does not limit your statutory privacy rights or replace the access terms of a customer agreement.
8. Intellectual property
The website’s branding, text, design and software materials belong to Switch Labs Technologies Ltd or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Viewing the site does not grant an application licence or permission to reproduce proprietary materials for commercial use.
You may keep reasonable extracts for internal business evaluation, with ownership notices intact, subject to any third-party terms and rights permitted by law. Do not imply our endorsement or use our branding in a misleading way.
9. Links to other websites
Links to company-registration records, the ICO or other third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not operate those sites or control their content, availability or privacy practices. Their own terms and notices apply when you visit them. A link does not imply endorsement.
10. Website availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and accessible, but it may be interrupted, changed or unavailable. General website information is not professional advice and should not be the sole basis for choosing a deployment. Confirm relevant requirements and commercial commitments with us.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not give implied warranties about the website’s uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose, and we are not responsible for business losses arising solely from reliance on general website descriptions or illustrative demonstrations. This is not a blanket exclusion of all liability.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Project and application warranties, remedies and liability are governed by the applicable customer agreement, not these website terms.
11. Changes to the website or these terms
We may update the website and these terms as the offering or legal requirements change. The revision date appears at the top. Updated website terms apply to future website use; they do not retrospectively change a signed customer agreement.
12. Governing law and contact
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Subject to mandatory legal rights, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes relating to them. If another law gives you a right that cannot be excluded, these terms do not remove it.
For website or business questions, contact Switch Labs or write to Switch Labs Technologies Ltd, 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. For requests about personal information, choose “Privacy request”.
